How Predicta49 AI handles your data
This is a small, experimental project — not a data harvesting factory. The goal is to collect only what is needed to keep Predicta49 healthy, debug issues, and understand usage patterns at a high level.
1. What we do (and don’t) track
Predicta49 AI may record limited technical information when you visit or interact with the site, such as:
- Approximate timestamp of your visit;
- Basic technical data like browser type and device type;
- An anonymized or truncated IP reference, used only for deduplication and abuse prevention.
No attempt is made to personally identify you from this data.
2. Predictions & interaction logs
When you generate or view prediction sets, the system may log that an action occurred (for example: “one prediction view from a unique user”). These logs help QuietLabs understand:
- How often the tool is used;
- Which routes or views are most popular;
- Whether rate-limiting and safeguards are working correctly.
Logs are used for system health, not for profiling individual users.
3. Contact form & emails
If you use the contact form, any name, email, or message you submit will be stored solely for the purpose of responding to you and improving the project.
Your details are not sold, rented, or shared with third-party advertisers. If you request your message to be deleted, reasonable effort will be made to remove it from active systems.
4. Third-party tools & hosting
Predicta49 AI may be hosted on infrastructure that collects standard access logs (for example, web server or reverse proxy logs).
These logs typically contain IP addresses and timestamps for security and anti-abuse reasons. They are used for infrastructure safety and performance, not for ad targeting.
5. Cookies
At this stage, Predicta49 AI aims to minimize cookie usage. If cookies are introduced (for example, to remember session logins or basic preferences), they will be used only for functionality, not for cross-site tracking.
6. Updates to this privacy note
As the project grows, this privacy note may be updated to reflect new features or integrations. When material changes occur, the “last updated” date below will be refreshed.
